Yoga & Movement

Move. Breathe. Reconnect.

Whether you're looking to gently unwind, build strength and mobility, support workplace wellbeing, or create a meaningful experience for your group, our yoga offerings are designed to meet people where they are.

All sessions can be tailored for private individuals, small groups, corporate teams, retreats, community events, and special gatherings throughout the Bay Area.

Why Yoga?

Yoga offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the body, and create space for both physical and mental wellbeing.

While many people come to yoga to improve flexibility or strength, the practice offers so much more. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness, yoga can help reduce stress, improve focus, support mobility, and encourage a greater sense of balance in everyday life.

At Pause to Unwind, the emphasis is not on achieving perfect poses. Instead, yoga is approached as a practice of awareness—an opportunity to step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself.

What to Expect

All sessions are designed to be welcoming, accessible, and adaptable to the needs of the group.

Each class typically includes:

  • A grounding arrival practice

  • Breath awareness

  • Mindful movement

  • Opportunities for rest and reflection

  • A guided relaxation or meditation

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have an established practice, you'll be encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive for your body.

Our Offerings

No two groups are exactly alike, which is why every Pause to Unwind experience can be tailored to your specific needs.

Whether you're planning a workplace wellness event, retreat, birthday celebration, community gathering, or private experience, we'll work with you to create a session that feels right for your group.

Experiences can be offered individually or combined to create a customized wellness journey. A yoga session may conclude with a relaxing sound bath savasana, or a longer sound bath experience can be scheduled at the end of your yoga practice. Guided meditation and mindfulness elements can also be incorporated throughout.

While most yoga sessions are typically offered as 45 or 60 minute experiences, shorter wellness breaks of 10-30 minutes can be designed for workplaces, conferences, and busy schedules. Longer sessions, workshops, and retreat-style experiences are also available.

Our goal is simple: to create an experience that helps your group slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored.
